The Tether system will create a wallet address when customers want to deposit. After generating the wallet address, the system will scan that wallet address to see if there are any transactions through that wallet address.
If not, it will scan for another 24 hours. After 24 hours, it will stop scanning.

Guide to Viewing and Downloading Purchased Orders on TapHoaMMO

Many customers have messaged the shop asking, “Why hasn’t the hotmail been sent?” or “I bought hotmail but haven’t received it,” or “Where can I view my order?”
I’ve checked and noticed that those asking these questions are often new accounts, purchasing on TapHoaMMO for the first time. Therefore, I’m writing this guide to help new customers with the steps to view and download their purchased orders (including any hotmail they’ve bought).

Steps to View and Download Orders:

Desktop View:
- The website interface on a computer will look like this (the mobile view might not display all content).

Viewing Order Details:
- To see the details of each order, hover over the left side of the screen and click on the order code in the “Order Code” column. For example, click on C22*SVC.
- After clicking the order code, the website will display the order details, and you’ll have the option to download the order. The Download Order option is located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Note: You don’t need to check off each item in the order to download it. Checking items is only necessary if you need to report an issue or request warranty support for the item. Some customers mistakenly check items even if there’s no issue, which causes the shop to spend unnecessary time checking the order for errors.
Additional Options:
- In the “Actions” column, you’ll find options to Message the Shop and Review the Purchased Product. For example, our shop offers a 2% discount on the value of the reviewed order.
