1. Prohibited (Restricted) Items for Sale on the Platform

Each time a product is listed for sale, the Seller is responsible for ensuring their goods comply with current laws and do not violate the Terms of Use and Policies of TapHoaMMO. Please carefully review the guidelines below regarding the list of prohibited/restricted products. This list may change based on actual circumstances, so please check regularly to ensure your goods do not breach our regulations. Below is the list of restricted (prohibited) items:

• Bank Cards (Credit and Debit Cards...): All types of domestic and international cards, bank accounts, accounts used to create virtual cards...
• Personal Information: Real user personal information, identity documents, email accounts, and social media accounts obtained through hacking, phishing, or similar illegal activities...
• Products Obtained Through the Use of Others' Bank Accounts: VPS, various types of keys, or other items acquired through theft or illegal activities.
• Crack Software or Malware: Please respect the efforts of legitimate MMO coders.
• Phone SIM Cards (Numbers): From all carriers, including real and virtual numbers.
• Digital Documents and E-books Violating the Law.

2. Regulations for Stores and Selling - (For Shop Owners)

• Do not use vulgar language, incite hostility, or negatively impact other stores.
• Do not post personal information or any contact methods other than TapHoaMMO.
• Do not use offensive images, incite conflicts, or negatively affect individuals or organizations.
• Do not use images of celebrities without permission.
• If a refund request is not processed within 3 days, we will handle the refund on your behalf.
• Use the warranty feature directly on the platform; absolutely no warranties through any other channels.

3. General Regulations for All Users

• Do not exploit bugs in any form.
• Do not engage in actions that damage the platform, stores, or other users on the platform.

4. Terms of Violation

Violations of TapHoaMMO’s terms may result in at least one of the following penalties:

• Store Deletion
• Account Restrictions
• Account Suspension or Deletion
• Compensation for Damages

5. For Shop Owners

Each violation will result in a penalty ticket. Penalty tickets will have progressively increasing values.

• First Violation: Warning.
• Second Violation: Warning.
• Third Violation: +5% fee applied to all stores.
• Fourth Violation: An additional +5% fee applied to all stores.
• Fifth Violation: Closure of all stores and termination of partnership.
